Eligibility Criteria for Returns: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition - unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt, and if you notice any defects, damages, or if there's an error with your item, please contact us immediately. We're here to assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items can't be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned. If you have questions about a specific item, reach out to us for clarification.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges: For a quick resolution, return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you get what you want in the fastest way possible.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility criteria apply, with the item in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
